The George Carry-all is a large traveler bag, whereas the George Handbag is a great day-to-day purse.

The pattern was designed for quilting cotton and can be made on a domestic sewing machine! However, there are tips to doing some cork or vinyl accents with raw edges throughout the design if you have a heavy duty machine. 

This bag is fully structured with many features! The pattern includes two sizes, the Carry-all size for traveling or the Handbag size for a day out shopping. It has large front and back pockets that close with magnetic snaps, and some curvy overlays to dress it up. The shape of this bag allows it to fit comfortably against the body and the handles make it easy to carry in the crook of your elbow, regardless of which size. Inside you will find two zipper pockets and a divided slip pocket, and a super snug lining that is sewn into all the edges for a clean finish.

Finished sizes are as follows:

• Carry-All: 18” long, 12” tall and 6-3/4” deep
• Handbag: 13” long, 9” tall and 4” deep

Your pattern comes in a PDF downloadable format filled with diagrams to walk you through the creation of your bag. All curved pattern pieces are included in your file, although the rectangles have measurements provided within your cutting list to cut with a ruler and rotary cutter.
